ANDY SHISSLER

Andy grew up on his multi-generational family farm in Elmwood, IL.  A graduate of the University of Illinois, he began his career marketing grain with Archer Daniels Midland. In 2006, Andy joined the team at Roach Ag Marketing, Ltd., where he gained further experience working with farming operations of all sizes.  In 2015, Andy founded S&W Trading, an agricultural advisory and risk management firm.  Andy is a registered broker and has spent his career helping the American farmer hedge and market their crop.

WEI SHISSLER

Wei was born and raised in China and came to the US for her college and graduate school education. She has 15 years of experience in commodity futures and options market as a broker. In 2002, she began her career on the trading floor of CBOT as a clerk assisting locals and brokers in the Soybean Options pit. After graduating from Loyola University of Chicago, she started her internship with Refco and met Andy there. Together in 2014, they established S&W Trading LLC to better serve American Farmers. She is also a broker at Dearborn Capital Brokers, providing brokerage services to Chinese clients, including major grain importers, crushing plants, prop trading firms, and private grain buyers. Wei also actively participates in CBOE and Dalian Commodity Exchange investors’ education programs as event coordinator and interpreter.  Her translated book Trading and Hedging with Agricultural Futures and Options by James Bittman has been published in China.

SEAN FARRELL

Sean brings over 15 years of market experience to the S&W team.  After graduating from DePaul University in Chicago, Sean began his career at Geneva Trading USA where he traded a variety of futures markets, including natural gas, crude oil, heating oil, coffee, cotton, sugar, cocoa, corn and soybeans.  Sean next worked for Wintrust Financial in Chicago, where he helped develop a robust loan-level hedging program as well as significantly grow the bank's foreign exchange capabilities.  Sean lives in Naperville, IL with his wife, Courtney, and their four sons.
